How to use:

- Step 1: Replace/install the battery:

+ Open the battery cover on the body

+ Use 4 AA batteries to install in the battery compartment and then close the lid

- Step 2: Insert the air hose plug into the jack.

- Step 3: Wrap the cuff on your hand

+ Leave your hands bare, do not wrap the cuff on the shirt

+ Insert your hand into the cuff. The end edge of the cuff is 1.5-2 cm from the elbow and then glue the adhesive to secure the cuff.

+ Wait 2-3 minutes before taking another measurement for the blood vessel to return to its original state.

Step 4: Start the machine:

- Press the Start key. The cuff will start to inflate automatically

Note:

- Blood pressure should be measured at least 2-3 times. The average result after 3 measurements gives you accurate results. Each measurement is spaced 3-5 minutes apart.

- Measure the correct posture:

+ Sit up straight, should sit on a chair, feet on the flat floor

+ The cuff is at the level of the heart

+ Measure in a quiet place with a relaxed position, the room temperature is not too hot or too cold

+ Do not measure after bathing, drinking alcohol, coffee, smoking, exercising 30 minutes before

+ Do not eat, do not drink, do not speak while measuring blood pressure because it will lead to erroneous results

+ As soon as the old battery is low, replace all 4 new batteries at the same time, do not use the new and old batteries at the same time. Remove the battery if the device is not used for 3 months or more.
