Clean the meat grinder properly

Use running water to clean all parts after use. The running water is enough to wash away any remaining meat. Dry with clothes. Reassemble for next use.

Remember that these head units are made of aluminum and are not dishwasher safe. It may discolor the coating due to aluminum oxidation. Only the blade and plate are made of stainless steel.

Installing the meat grinder properly helps to use it for a long time

All parts in the head should be installed in order.

Remember to put the blade after the screw, the cutting plate is the next step and the cover is the last step

The blade side (also known as the plane) faces outward when installing the meat grinder. Otherwise, it may continue to clog if the blade is misplaced.

Please take it apart and double check and re-insert it if you find the meat grinder is not working properly.
