Note:
1. The mixing ratio of flour and water should be 5:2.
2. Fabric width is 0.57 inch (maximum).
3. Cut the mixed dough into slices (approximately 2.5 cm thick), dust with cake flour, and roll in a pressure roller by hand.
4. Switch the dough degree knob in order. Levels 1-5 are for pasta and levels 1-6 are for ravioli.
5. Complete the noodles by turning the hand crank clockwise. Counterclockwise rotation is not allowed. Otherwise, the noodle cutter will be damaged.
6. There are 6 holes on the inner surface of the dough degree knob, designed to stabilize the setting.
