Q1: What devices can be used with A501 500W power station?

A: The A501 500W Power Station can deliver up to 500W of power with a peak power of 1000W. Please check the power rating of the device before use. When connected to devices over 500W, it will power down and enter protection mode. To reactivate it, you need to charge it. Please Note: Some devices with built-in motor/compressor may have an instantaneous starting power of 2-4 times the rated power, which may exceed the upper limit of the A501 500W power station. If the instantaneous power of the product exceeds 1000W, the power supply will be overloaded and cannot be used (air conditioner, double door refrigerator, microwave oven, oven, etc.).

Q2: How long will the A501 500W Power Station keep powering my devices?

A: Working hours (estimated) = 540Wh* 0.85 / device working power. (0.85=conversion rate)

 Please note that actual working hours may vary depending on the situation.

 Q3: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?

A: The device may be in standby mode where the power supply, screen and/or inverter consumes up to 10W. Don't forget to press and hold the power button to turn off the device completely. If your device runs out of power when completely off, charge it to 100% and use it to 0% 2-3 times to condition the battery.

If you feel that the battery is draining quickly when you use it for the first time, it is caused by inaccurate battery indicator information when you first start the product. The remaining energy is automatically adjusted by discharging the battery to 1% and then charging it to 100%.

Q4: What kind of solar panel can this A501 500W power station charge?

Q5: Can this portable power bank be used with a CPAP machine?

A: The A501 500W Power Station can power your CPAP equipment in two ways: 110V AC plug or 12V DC plug. We highly recommend using a DC-DC converter to charge your CPAP device. Turn off heaters/humidifiers and extend power to energy stations. We also recommend a DC-DC converter as the power station will last longer than using an AC outlet.
