Some tips from one of our customers after using this press:

1- Realize that some fruits (such as berries, bananas, kiwis) and some green leafy vegetables are best used in a blender or immersion blender rather than being juiced. I have found success mixing freshly made juices with fruits and vegetables in my blender which works great.

2- If you are new to juicing, realize that it takes a lot of product (eg about 6-12 carrots, depending on their size) to get a full glass of juice . Don't be discouraged by what seems to be little output! Drinking fresh juice regularly will help improve digestion, sleep, skin, hair and health over time. Take a blood test and you will be amazed at the beneficial effects on blood sugar and cholesterol levels after regularly drinking fresh juice.

3- Cleaning this juicer is easiest as soon as you use the juicer (but go ahead and drink the juice first as some juices, like fresh cabbage for example, will take worth a few minutes after doing.There is a youtube video on how to clean this juicer which is very helpful the first time you do it.

NOTE:

1. Do not pour too much food into the feed trough which may cause the water to be overloaded. The protection system of the press will automatically turn off when overheated. Let it cool down for 15 to 30 minutes before restarting the machine.
